CRYSPY HALWA

 Sweet breakfast

Today we are going to make crispy halwa.
Put one cup of wheat flour in a bowl. Now add two tablespoons of desi ghee to it. Wheat flour  and ghee will mix well by hand. Now add a little water and make a tight dough.
        Keep a frypan at the medium flame.
And put 1 teaspoon ghee in it .
          We will make a thick indian bread with dough and will put it in frypan to roast it on medium flame.
   Indian Bread will be cooked from both sides, the bread color will not be darkened.
     We will cool the roti in a plate, when it cools, we will crush it by hand or use chopper.
       Now keep frypan on gas again, and add 4 tablespoons ghee in it. Now put the Indian bread powder (roti ka chura ), 2 teaspoon poppy seeds and 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder in it and  Roast it by stirring continuously untill it turns golden brown. it takes almost 5-6 minutes.
Now add 2 Cups water and cook it by
continuously stirring at high flame untill it dries completely . Now add chopped Dryfruit and 1/2 cup of sugar in it. Again stir continuously untill all mixture dries up. Cryspy Halwa is ready to serve , garnish by Dryfruit slices .
