Dal Pakwan
INGREDIENTS
DAL
Chickpea lentil --  250 gm
Moong mogar  ---. 50 gm
Salt.                ------according to your taste
Turmeric Powder ----- 1/4 teaspoon
Green chilli    ------ 2-3 ( chopped in big pieces)
Oil for tadka   ------- 2 tablespoon
Asafetida.    ------- 1/4 teaspoon
( Heeng )
Cumin seeds  ---- 2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder --- 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder---- 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder ---- 1 teaspoon
Aamchur powder.------1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder ---- 1 teaspoon
Chopped onion ---- 1/4 cup
Chopped coriander -- 1/4 Cup

METHOD
First wash both the pulses thoroughly. Now put both pulses in the cooker and add half a liter of water and salt  according to your taste.
When the water starts boiling, remove the foam from it, now add turmeric powder. Now close the lid of the cooker, and cook the lentils for 5-6 whistles. 
Now we will make dough for pakwan.
Now in a bowl, we take 1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. And add 3 tablespoon oil , 1 teaspoon celery and salt according to your taste in it. Now we will make hard dough with milk. And left it  for 15 minut rest.
Now we'll add tempering to lentil.
Make a spice for lentils.take a small bowl and 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder , 1 teaspoon aamchur powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala powder put into it and mix well all spices.
We have to keep the pulse a little bit thick. First heat the lentils, check the salt, add a little bit of coriander and Put into a broad bowl. Now spread the mixed masala over the entire lentil.
Now chopped onion and coriander will also spread on it . Now take a frying pan, put it on the gas, and put two tablespoons of oil in it, When the oil is hot, add 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida ,Now put two teaspoon cumin seeds in it after crackling cumin seeds . Add chopped green chilli, fry green chilli for few seconds. Now spread  this tadka over the entire lentil. Dal is ready to serve.

PAKWAN
All purpose flour--- 1and 1/2 cup
Oil                  -----.   4 tablespoon
Salt.               -----.  according to your taste
Carrom seeds        ------  1 teaspoon
( Ajwain )
Milk.             ------ 1/2 cup
Oil for deep fry --- according to your pan

METHOD

Take a bowl and put 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour  in it .Now add 1 teaspoon carrom seeds , 4 tablespoon oil and salt according to your taste. Mix well and make a tight dough with 1/2 cup of milk . Cover and keep it side for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the dough will be mashed well by hand .Now we will make 15 balls out of it. Now take a ball and wrap it in dry flour and keep it on a rolling plate and roll it thin with a rolling pin.In this way all the pakwan will be prepared by rolling.
Now put a pan on the gas and add about 1/2 liter oil in it.When the oil is hot then reduce the flame of gas and put the pakwan in it and fry it at low flame untill it golden brown from both sides.
